INGREDIENTS
6-8 fresh raspberries
1 sprig mint
40 ml BOAR gin
30 ml freshly-squeezed lemon juice
20 ml simple syrup
20 ml tonic water
PREPARATION
Place the raspberries in the shaker and muddle them. Add BOAR Gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a glass with tonic and ice. Garnish with lemon, mint and raspberry.
