INGREDIENTS
2,5cl Kräuter 1844
3cl BOAR Gin
3cl Fresh Lemon Juice
1cl Sugar Syrup
8cl Mineral water or soda
Lemon zest
Raspberries
PREPARATION
Pour the Kräuter 1844 into the glass and fill with double-frosted ice. Shake the Boar Gin, 3 cl fresh lemon juice, 1 cl sugar syrup on ice and carefully strain onto the Kräuter 1844 through a bar strainer. Add mineral water or soda to the mix. Use a lemon zest with raspberries for dressing and stir before drinking. Cheers!
