INGREDIENTS
40 ml BOAR gin
25 ml Maraschino liqueur
15 ml freshly-squeezed lemon juice
1 cherry
The zest of 1 lemon
Tonic water, to fill the glass
PREPARATION
Pour gin, lemon juice and Maraschino into the shaker. Shake and then strain into a white wine glass filled with ice. Top off the glass with tonic water. Garnish with the cherry and lemon zest.
