INGREDIENTS
5cl Boar Gin
2cl Caliber 1844
3cl lemon juice
2cl raspberry syrup
Egg white
PREPARATION
Add all ingredients and a few ice cubes to shaker and shake well. Strain from shaker glass into shaker cup, pour ice away and dry shake for 10 seconds. The “dry shake” is where the frothy crown is created. Then strain into a martini glass and top with soda. An edible flower makes a great garnish. Cheers!
