DIRTY TRUFFLE MARTINI

INGREDIENTS

1 swig vermouth
2 drops real truffle oil
60 ml BOAR Gin

3 olives (garnish)

If desired: grated truffle as a topping

PREPARATION

Place the vermouth, truffle oil and ice in the shaker. Shake vigorously. Empty the shaker. Shake 60 ml in n the same shaker (without rinsing it out). Serve in a martini glass, straight, and garnish with three olives.

Tip for connoisseurs: one olive before enjoying the drink, one olive after half of the drink, one olive at the end.
