60 ml BOAR gin
6-8 basil leaves, with stem
10-20 ml golden syrup
Put the basil and lemon half in the shaker and muddle. Then add the rest of the ingredients, fill the shaker with ice, and shake vigorously for 10 to 15 seconds (10-15 times). Strain twice into the guest’s glass, filled with ice.
Serve in a tumbler. Garnish with a basil leaf.
