INGREDIENTS
60 ml BOAR gin
30 ml freshly-squeezed lemon juice
20 ml simple syrup
1 egg white
The zest of 1 lemon
PREPARATION
Place all of the ingredients in a shaker. Shake them dry (without ice). Then shake them with ice. Serve straight in a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with lemon zest.
