The classic Gin Fizz is one of the shaken sours and was first mentioned in a book for bartenders in 1862 – almost as old as the distillery on our Black Forest farm! The Caliber Fizz is our new interpretation with the gin liqueur Caliber1844.
5cl Caliber 1844
2cl fresh lemon juice
1cl sugar syrup
Add Caliber 1844, lemon juice, sugar syrup and a few ice cubes together in a shaker and shake well. Then strain into a highball glass with ice cubes. Fill up with soda. For garnish, add a slice of lemon and raspberries. Cheers!
